Honour-Bound Martial Arts was founded out of a deep love for martial arts and a desire to share its transformative power with the community of Farnborough & Aldershot. 

Our founder, Kieran Shepherd, began his journey in Martial Arts and has since earned his black belt in Kick Boxing. His dedication to the discipline and its philosophies has shaped our approach, focusing on respect, honour, and personal growth. What sets us apart is our commitment to individual progress and a supportive learning environment. 

Every class is crafted to help students of all ages and skill levels achieve their personal best. Our instructors are not just experts in their fields; they are also mentors who are devoted to instilling confidence, discipline, and self-defence skills in every student.
